PAYMENT POLICY:
• Payments are expected upon completion of sketch.
• Payments are accepted through Paypal OR Ko-Fi.REFUND POLICY:
• Cancellations at sketch phase will be given a full refund.
• Refunds will be issued through the paypal invoice records.
• No refunds will be accepted once sketch is complete.GENERAL TERMS:
• Displayed prices are base pay and are subject to change based on commission complexity.
• The main revision & approval stage is upon sketch completion. For color, minor gradient changes are acceptable.
• Discord DMs should not be used to probe for updates on a daily basis. This is my personal discord - please respect that.ANTI-AI POLICY
I do not use nor will I ever use artificial intelligence ( AI ) to generate, manipulate, edit, or create any part of my artwork. Every piece is created through my own artistic process and skill. AI-generated imagery, AI-assisted alterations, and AI-derived assets are not used in the creation of my work.
By commissioning artwork from me, you agree that my work may not be used in connection with artificial intelligence systems without my explicit written permission.The variation of style between my sketches, flat-color pieces, and fully rendered artwork is intentional and reflects the amount of refinement and detail invested into each piece. My ability to create faster, simplified artwork while maintaining the foundation of my style comes from over 10 years of practicing and developing my craft - not from shortcuts, automation, or artificial intelligence.
Sketches and flat-color pieces are designed to be quick turnaround options and can often be completed within a few days due to their simplified rendering process. In contrast, my fully rendered pieces require significantly more time ( often a minimum of a month and a half of dedicated work ) allowing for additional layers of detail, lighting, and texture. The difference between these pieces is a reflection of time, process, and level of polish ... never a difference in authenticity or effort. Every piece is created by me.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE:
I ( the artist ):
• Reserve the right to refuse any commission, with or without explanation, for any reason.
• Retain copyright over the artwork.
• Retain the right to display all commissioned work on any site used for my personal promotion.
• Retain the right to recycle and use any preparatory works rejected by the Client in future work.
• Retain the right to reject any redline or critique I feel will negatively impact the piece.
• Retain the right to cut off revisions when it becomes excessive.You ( the client ):
• Cannot trace, copy, or claim the artwork as your own.
• Cannot crop out the signature or remove the watermark.
• May use the artwork as avatars, wallpapers etc. provided credit is given.
• Can use it for personal, non-profit use. You cannot profit from the piece in any way. For commercial use you must first have written agreement from me, the artist, and pay an appropriate licensing fee.BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
